ORDER
Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to permit the petitioner to run a Petty Shop at Jayasakthi Nagar, Thally HUDCO, Hosur, Krishnagiri District for his livelihood by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
considering his representation dated 18.06.2018.
3. According to the petitioner, he has given a representation to the 2nd respondent for granting permission to run the Petty Shop on 18.06.2018. However, the 2nd respondent has not passed any orders so far.
4. The learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.06.2018 and pass orders, in accordance of law.
5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.06.2018 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
