ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/mother of the detenu M.Ganesh, to cause production of her son/the detenu, before this Court.

2.The alleged detenu, Son of Muruguan, is secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police. 3.On enquiry, the detenu stated that he is aged about 23 years and that there is no illegal detention by anybody. He https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

further stated that he expressed his willingness to go along with his mother/the petitioner herein, who is also present before this Court.

4.Recording the submission made by the alleged detenu that there is no illegal detention by anybody, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered in this petition.
