W.M.P.No.93 of 2017 in W.P.No.75 of 2017 M.SATHYANARAYANAN,J.

The petitioners have filed this petition for impleading some of the persons in the list of Programmers redesignated as Assistant Professors in the impugned order, as the respondents 6 to 8 in the writ petition.

2. This Court upon hearing the rival submissions is of the view that the petition has to be ordered.

Accordingly, this impleading petition 2017 is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title.

4. The petitioners are permitted to effect paper publication in "Indian Express'' and in "Malaimurusu" having circulation in and around Chidambaram, Cuddalore District, fixing the date of hearing as 17.02.2017.
