O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This Writ Petition was filed in the year 2015 for a direction to the prison authorities to quash the order dated 06.03.2015 rejecting the request of the convict prisoner Balu @ Dhanapal (Ct. No.13927), for transferring him from Central Prison, Cuddalore, to Central Prison, Salem.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that during the pendency of this Writ Petition, the convict prisoner has been transferred from Central Prison, Cuddalore, to Central Prison, Palayamkottai.

In such view of the matter, the prayer in this Writ Petition has become infructuous and hence, this Writ Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
