O R D E R

According to the revision petitioner, the revision petitioner has filed a petition in RCOP.No.18 of 2017 against the respondent for eviction on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Poonamallee, which is pending. Hence, the revision petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition seeking a direction to the court below to dispose of

the said OP within the time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2. By considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, without going into merits of the case, this Court is inclined to direct the Principal District Munsif Court at Poonamallee to dispose of the RCOP.No.18 of 2017 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within the period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

3. Thus, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with above direction. No costs.
