Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the District Collector-cum-Inspector of Panchayats, Thiruvallur District, the first respondent herein, to consider the representation of the petitioner Association, dated 11.11.2013 and to initiate appropriate action as per the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act, 1994, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner Association to be heard in person.
