When this writ petition is taken up for hearing , the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he had instruction from the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition and therefore, he prayed this court to permit him to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
