A perusal of records shows that on 18.06.2019, the learned counsel who appeared for the appellant reported no instructions for the appellant. Therefore, on the same day, notice was issued to the appellant. However, when the matter was taken up for hearing today i.e., 27.06.2019, there was no appearance on behalf of the appellant. The learned counsel for the respondents is present.

2. In view of the same, the Second Appeal is dismissed. No costs.
