Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents herein to produce the body and person of the detenu by name Rajesh who is aged about 25 years before this Court and set him at liberty.

O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.] This petition has been filed by the petitioner / mother of the detenu / Rajesh, aged about 25 years, to cause production of her son, before this Court and to set him at liberty.

2. The alleged detenu / Rajesh is secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police. The mother of the detenu is also before us.

3. On enquiry, the detenu said that he is independently working and there is no illegal detention by anybody.

4. Recording the submission made by the alleged detenu that there is no illegal detention by anybody, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered in this petition.
