The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition praying for early disposal of O.S.No.1769 of 2011 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Coimbatore. It is stated that the trial has not yet commenced. The suit is pending from the year 2011. Though written statement has also been filed as early as in 2012, but still, the suit is not yet disposed of. Hence, the learned District Munsif, Coimbatore, is directed to dispose of the said suit before 31.07.2017. With this direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
