When the matter was listed on 11.09.2020, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence, in order to give one more opportunity to the petitioner to argue the case, the matter was directed to be listed on 18.09.2020. Even today (i.e. on 18.09.2020), when the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioner either in person or through counsel.
