O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.03.2016. 2.It is the case of the petitioner that his Tipper Lorry bearing Registration No.TN-19-5599 was illegally detained by the respondents and hence, he gave a representation dated 14.03.2016 for the release of the Lorry, which was not considered by the respondents till this date. 3.The respective learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation within the stipulated time in accordance with law.

4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

14.03.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
