JUDGMENT

A perusal of the records shows that the appellants 1 and 2 died even in the year 2020 and till date no steps have been taken by the appellants to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased appellants 1 and 2.

2. In view of the same, the Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are dismissed.
