This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.51 of 2022 under Sections 417 and 420 IPC on the file of the first respondent-Police herein.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent-Police, on instructions, submitted that investigation in Crime No.51 of 2022 was completed and final report was filed through e-filing vide e-filing No.LTN-20230003085C202500005 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pallavaram on 28.01.2025.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
