This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 17.10.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.15638 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.21150 of 2022 that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Attur on the first working day of every month, until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
