The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to withdraw the M.C.No.6 of 2014, on the file of Judicial Magistrate Ambattur and transfer it to a competent court at Madurantakam.

2.It is seen that almost four years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now, since numerous Presiding Officers were also changed to the concerned Court.

3.With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as devoid of merits. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
