The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent to give permission to conduct a festival programme (Adalum Padalum) schedule to be held on 27.01.2019 at "Arulmigu Bhagavathi Amman Temple" at Sirukinnathuplayam, Paramathivellore Taluk, Namakkal by considering his representation dated 07.01.2019.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the representation given by the petitioner dated 07.01.2019 has already been considered by the respondent. The respondent has passed an order dated 24.01.2019 vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.02/CIE210/Circle/19 granting permission to the petitioner to conduct the festival programme subject to the conditions, which have already been imposed by this Court in similar matters. Hence, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
