For Petitioner : M/S.K.KAVITHA Advocate For Respondent : MR.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners to enlarge them on interim / transit anticipatory bail in the event of arrest by the respondents in Crime No.not known of 2021 pending investigation on the file of the second respondent police.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that a false complaint has been given against the petitioners and they have nothing to do with the said allegations. He further submitted that Interstate Anticipatory bail may be granted to them to enable them to move the appropriate jurisdictional Court for necessary relief.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the concerned respondent has no intention to arrest the petitioner, however, on instructions he would submit that there is a case pending against the petitioners on the file of the second respondent.

4. Taking into consideration that there is an apprehension of arrest by the second respondent, this Court is inclined to grant inter-state interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. The interim interstate anticipatory bail is granted to the petitioners for a period of four weeks, on condition that the petitioners shall surrender before the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, within a period of fifteen days from the date on which the order copy is made ready and the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said learned Magistrate. Further, within two weeks from the date of execution of bail bond, the petitioners shall approach the competent jurisdictional Court in the State of Andhra Pradesh and seeks appropriate relief failing which, this anticipatory bail shall automatically get cancelled.
