This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 10.11.2023 in Crl.OP.No.25897 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of 10 days and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4.In view of the above modifications, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
