O R D E R

This contempt application has been filed against the order dated 27.6.2014 passed in 29972/2013. This Court directed the respondents 1 and 2 to release DCRG in favour of the petitioner as well as the third respondent as per the decree rendered by the Civil Court within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 2.The learned Senior Panel Counsel appearing for the respondents made a submission that the order has been complied with and in this regard the proceedings dated 30.9.2017 was issued by the JR.Works Manager/LB for General Manager.

3. The details regarding the implementation are also stated in Para 17 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the first respondent, which reads as under : "17. It is most respectfully submitted that PPO No.CFYSFP 001842017 dated 05.09.2017 in respect of the petitioner has already been received from PCDA (P), Allahabad on 19.9.2017 by the 1st respondent as per the Hon'ble Principal District Munsif Court, Poonamallee decree dated 22.12.2011 in O.S.No.441 of 2002. Accordingly, a copy of the PPO has already been forwarded to the petitioner on 30.9.2017 to approach bank

authorities for disbursement of terminal benefits. A copy of the said PPO is enclosed as Annexure R1".

4. In view of the order passed by the respondents, no further adjudication is required in this contempt petition. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed.
