Respondent Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, call for the records relating to the order of the respondent dated 29.07.1999 issued in Roc.No.14004/99 A5 and the order dated 11.08.1999 issued in the Ref.No.Roc.No.25463/98-1 A5, quash the same so far as it relates to deleting the name of the applicant from the list of assistants drawn for the year 1989 including his name in the list of assistants of 1993 and direct the respondent to restore the name of the applicant as drawn by the proceedings of the respondent dated 07.03.1990 issued in Roc.No.A5.9070/89.
