Originally this petition has been filed as Original Application No.3797 of 2003 before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal at Chennai and after abolition of TNAT, petition has been transferred and numbered as W.P.No.17334 of 2007. Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the orders of the 2nd respondent dated 9.7.99 issued in the Ref.No.C.No.D1(1). P.R.187/98 and the order dated 19.8.99 issued in the Ref.No.C.No.D1(1)/AP 4/99 and the order of the 3rd respondent dated 3.5.202 issued in the Ref.No.C.No.A1/762/2000/70.P.R.Review/2K and quash the same and direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner with all consequential benefits.
