Hence, in view of the said submission, this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the appellant in the cause-list and to list this matter under the caption 'For Dismissal' on 25.01.2022. Accordingly, this case was listed today under the caption 'For dismissal'.

2. Today (25.01.2022), though the name of the appellant is printed in the cause-list, none appeared on behalf of the appellant either in person or through counsel.
