The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for his willful disobedience of the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4813 of 2021 dated 11.03.2021.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent submitted that final report was filed before the V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai on 27.02.2024.
