The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Respondents to forthwith pay the amounts of gratuity due to the Petitioners with compound interest at the rate of 10% per annum from the respective dates of their retirement. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the gratuity amount claimed in respect of all the Petitioners has been fully paid by the Respondents and he has made an endorsement in the court record to that effect.
