The respective learned counsels appearing on behalf of the writ appellants as well as the respondent-Tamil Nadu Housing Board would submit that the amount to be settled by the appellants to the Housing Board has been informed to the appellants and the appellants have agreed to settle the amount as per the working sheet provided by the Housing Board, enabling the Housing Board to execute the sale deeds in their favour.
2. In view of the consensus arrived at between the parties, the appellants shall deposit the amount demanded by the respondent-Tamil Nadu Housing Board as per the working sheet provided by the Housing Board and on receipt of the said amount, the Tamil Nadu Housing Board shall execute the sale deeds by following the due procedures.
