This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 133 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.R.Raman Laal, learned Senior Counsel appearing for Mr.C.Gauthamaraj, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.V.Ajoy Khose, learned counsel for the respondent.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 133 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
