This petition has been filed to grant an order of interim injunction restraining the respondents and their subordinates from inferring with the peaceful possession of the petitioners property in Survey Nos.50/10 and 47/3 measuring an extent of 95 cents situated at Manavely Revenue Village, Puducherry pending disposal of this writ petition WMP No. 4084 of 2026 This petition has been filed to grant an order of interim stay of all further proceedings in No.3035/SC(R)/Rev/A6/Spl.Cell/French National/2025/3324 passed by the 1st respondent dated 22.12.2026 pending disposal of this Writ Petition.
