(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 123 days in preferring the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2. Mr.Amar D.Pandiya, learned counsel for Respondents 1 and 2 is before Court. Learned counsel submits that he has no objection for allowing this petition.

3. In view of the above submission, this petition is allowed and the delay of 123 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission on 29.01.2026 by printing the name of Mr.Amar D.Pandiya for Respondents 1 and 2.
