Originally this petition has been filed as Original Application No.1113 of 2004 before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal at Chennai and after abolition of TNAT, petition has been transferred and numbered as W.P.No.17425 of 2007. Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records connected with the proceedings issued in Na.Ka.No.E1/2701/2003 dated 02.05.2003 by the respondent herein and set aside the same and consequently to direct the respondent to regularize the services of the applicant on which date he was appointed.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed calling for records connected with the proceedings issued in Na.Ka.No.E1/2701/2003 dated 02.05.2003 by the respondent herein and set aside the same and consequently to direct the respondent to regularize the service of the applicant on which date he was appointed.

2. It is averred in the writ petition that the petitioner has filed the Original Application before the Tamil Nadu https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Administrative Tribunal, Chennai. Subsequently, due to abolition of the Tribunal, this matter was transferred to this Court and renumbered as W.P.No.17425 of 2007.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the relief of the petitioner has already been considered and he has been regularized in service. Therefore, the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and nothing survives in this writ petition to be adjudicated upon further.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
