O R D E R

By the impugned order dated 12.07.2016 in C.M.P.No.679 of 2016 in Crime No.2 of 2015, the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Namakkal, modified the condition imposed on the petitioner earlier while granting bail, to the effect that he has to appear before the CBCID Police, Namakkal once in a week, ie., on every Monday, until further orders. Now the present petition has been filed to issue a direction relaxing the said condition.

2.Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, took notice for the respondent and submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by the Trial Court, regularly.

3.Heard both the sides.

4.In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and also considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Principal Sessions Judge, Namakkal, in the order made in C.M.P.No.679 of 2016 in Crime No.2 of 2015 dated 12.07.2016, in respect of reporting before CBCID, Namakkal weekly once, alone is modified to the effect that he shall report before CBCID, Namakkal, as and when required.

5.This petition is ordered accordingly.
