Principal District Munsif Court, Tiruchengode, (CMP.No.1342 of 2020) pending disposal of the above Civil Revision Petition CRP.No.260 of 2020 before this Honble Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.N.S.

Suganthan, Advocate for the petitioner and Mr.R.MARUDHACHALA MURTHY,Advocate on behalf of the Respondents 1 and 2, the court made the following order:- It is seen from the records that the interim stay was granted by this Court on 07.02.2019 and the same extended from time to time till 14.02.2020.

Today it is listed under the caption 'For Extension of Stay'. In view of the submissions made by both the counsel for the parties concerned, the interim stay already granted by this Court is made absolute.
