Writ Petition(Crl.) filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to take action on the petitioner's representation dated 08.12.2025 and register a case against the 2nd respondent within the specific period as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed praying to issue a direction

to the first respondent to take action on the petitioner's representation dated 08.12.2025 and to register a case against the 2nd respondent within the specific period as fixed by this Court.

Considering the limited prayer of seeking a direction to consider the petitioner's representation, the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the aforementioned complaint of the petitioner, after issuance of notice to the petitioner & counter parties and giving them opportunity of personal hearing, and to pass appropriate orders on the said complaint within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
