Respondents Prayer: Writ Appeal filed under Clause 15 of Letter Patent Act, against the order dated 14.08.2015 made in W.P.No.25310 of 2015.

Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in these circumstances stated therein and in the respective affidavits filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to [i] issue an appropriate order, directions or writ including a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in G.O.(1D) No.197, Higher Education (F1) Department dated 05.08.2015 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to restore the post of petitioner as Director of Collegiate Education with all consequential benefits including attendant and monetary benefits [WP No.25310/2015] and [ii]To grant an order of interim stay staying the operation of the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in G.O.(1D) No.197, Higher Education (F1) Department dated 05.08.2015 [in Mp.No.2/2015] pending disposal of the above WP No.25310/2015 respectively.
