This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram to dispose of the case in P.R.C.No.37/2003 on merits after hearing the parties within a time frame.
2.Considering the fact that the case relates to the year 2003 and the limited prayer as sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram is directed to dispose of the case in P.R.C.No.37 of 2003 on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
