(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by petitioner seeking a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to produce petitioner's daughter Shahinaaktar, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents 1 and 2 and learned counsel for third respondent.

3. The detenue is present before this Court along with one S.Sandeep Kumar, who she informs of having married. She is not willing to enter upon any deliberation with her parents viz., petitioner and her husband. Detenue is a major and she expressed her intent to live along with her husband at Vankata Amman Street, Pudhukalpakam, Mahapallipuram.

Recording the said position, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
