ORDER
Mr.Satish Parasaran, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that since the jurisdiction clause under the tender conditions stipulates that the Courts in Delhi alone has got jurisdiction and the said contention has also been raised by the respondents, he seeks liberty of this Court to approach the Delhi High Court for a similar relief as sought for in this Writ Petition.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. However, liberty is granted to the
petitioner to approach the Delhi High Court, if so advised for the same relief.
