The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct transfer of investigation of the case in Cr.No.7 of 2014, on the file of the 1st respondent to any officer of the rank of Assistant Commissioner of Police specially authorized under the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 for its investigation in accordance with law. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the closure report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur.
