Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the third respondent's pension grant issued in proceedings No.N.M.65344/MPV7/2001 dated 9.1.2002 and to set aside the same and further direct the third respondent to fix the pension on the basis of last drawn salary of Rs5600+260 as per 1.4.2001 proceedings of the 4th respondent and consequently direct the first respondent to return the recovered sum of Rs.28,980/- from the death-cum-retirement benefit of the petitioner with interest from 18.12.2001.
