Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to regularise the land in the name of the petitioner to an extent of 1200 sq.ft., in Plot No.39 in Survey No.773/2A5E, Korattur Village, Ambattur Taluk, Tiruvallur District as per Document No.3694/2005 dated 06.10.2005 under innocent purchaser category in terms of G.O.Ms.No.565 Revenue dated 26.09.2008 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER
The petitioner claims that she is an innocent purchaser who has purchased a plot of land, unaware of the involvement of the property purchased in a proceedings under the Urban Land Ceiling Act. She now seeks remedy in terms of G.O.(Ms.) No.565 [Revenue Department] dated 26.09.2008.
2. Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents, and makes a statement that the first respondent has 2/5
already made necessary recommendations to the Government and seeks some time to enable the Government to pass appropriate orders.
3. Since, the Principal Secretary to the Government of Tamil Nadu, has not been made a party, this Court suo moto impleads the said office as the fourth respondent.
4. This Court now directs the fourth respondent to consider and pass such necessary orders on the recommendations made by the first respondent, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, subject to such time that may be lost in responsibilities connected with the ensuing General Election of the Tamil Nadu State Legislative Assembly, 2021.
