Crl. M.P. No.1689 of 2022 in Crl. O.P. No.8337 of 2019 R.PONGIAPPAN, J., This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.8337 of 2019, dated 28.03.2019.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in the order dated 28.03.2019 in Crl.O.P.No.8337 of 2019, in paragraph no.1, the petitioner rank has been wrongly mentioned as "A5"

instead of "A4".

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police also conceded the same.

Hence, in view of the above, the earlier order dated 28.03.2019 in Crl.O.P.No.8337 of 2019 is modified to the effect that "the petitioner has been arrayed as A4" instead of A5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
