2.Mr.N.A.Nissar Ahmed, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is

dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
