Today, inspite of matter being listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation for the petitioner

either in the pre-lunch or post-lunch session. 2.

In the circumstances and taking into consideration the fact that this matter pertains to the year 2003 and thereafter, re-numbered in the year 2007, this Court does not see any justification for adjourning the matter any further. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
