Heard on the application seeking to dispense with the production of certified copy of the order dated 04.01.2022 passed in W.P.No.8409 of 2021.

2. The Registry is directed to provide the certified copy of the order within a week if the application is in order and if there is any defect, the appellant is directed to cure it immediately so that the certified copy is provided to him within the period given above.

3. With the aforesaid, for the present, the application to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the order dated 04.01.2022 is allowed.
