The husband has filed an application for restitution of conjugal rights in H.M.O.P.No.153 of 2023 on the file of the Subordinate Court at Ranipet.

2. The wife is a permanent resident of Okkiyam Thuraipakkam. It is in the outskirts of Chennai. She has a female child and is unable to travel and is finding it difficult to travel from Chennai to Ranipet.

3. Hence, I feel it reasonable that the proceeding is transferred from Ranipet to Alandur which is centrally located. Consequently, the H.M.O.P.No.153 of 2023 is withdrawn from the file of the Subordinate Court, Ranipet and transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Alandur.

4. Accordingly, the Tr.C.M.P. is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
