This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to register the complaint based on the Order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate - I, Villupuram in Crl.M.P.No.844 of 2022 dated 02.08.2022 pending before the 2nd respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that based on the Order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate - I, Villupuram in Crl.M.P.No.844 of 2022 dated 02.08.2022, F.I.R. Was registered on 26.01.2023 in Crime No.31 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 341 and 506(ii) of IPC . Hence nothing survives in this petition.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as not necessary.
