Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to implement G.O.Ms No. 209 P & AR Department dated 23.11.2001 issued by the first respondent herein to absorb the applicants to suitable posts as they are the retrenched census employees of the year 1991 and further direct the respondents to absorb the petitioner as per the scheme framed in the orders of the Supreme Court dated 11.3.99 and 28.9.99 and also further absorb the applicants on the ground that other retrenched census employees of the year 1991 were given suitable posts for similarly situated persons as per GO Ms 246 P&AR Dept. dated 29.08.2003 and grant them such other further relief.
