CMP.No.3212 of 2020 in CRP (PD).No.381 of 2015 CMP.No.3212 of 2020 in CRP(PD) No.381 of 2015 P.RAJAMANICKAM.J., This petition has been filed by the respondents 4 and 5 to transpose them as the petitioners 2 and 3 in the above Civil Revision Petition.

2. According to them, the original petitioner namely Anandan, during pendency of this Civil Revision Petition died on 07.11.2015 as a bachelor. Their further case is that during his life time, he executed a Registered Will dated 07.01.2010 bequeathing his share in the suit property in favour of them and hence they request to transpose them as petitioners 2 and 3.

3. The learned counsel for the 9th respondent has not raised any serious objection for allowing this Civil Miscellaneous Petition.

4. No representation for the respondent No.6. Hence, this Court is inclined to allow this Petition, subject to the condition, that if any one raises objection with regard to the genuineness of the said will, the petitioners shall prove the same, with the aforesaid observations

5. with the aforesaid observations, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

6. The Registry is directed to make necessary amendment in the Civil Revision Petition and list the matter on 01.12.2020. 27.11.2020 Vv http://www.judis.nic.in
