Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 2 nd respondent and quash the election notification of the 3 rd respondent Society dated 03.01.2019 and to direct the 2 nd respondent to call for the elections on an subsequent date after giving sufficient opportunity to all the candidates and members and after complying all the procedures. For Petitioners : No appearance For Respondents : Mr.R.Sreedhar Additional Government Pleader O R D E R Today, there is no representation on behalf of the writ petitioners either in person or through counsel.

2.This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Certiorarified Mandamus seeking to quash the election notification of the 3 rd respondentSociety dated 03.01.2019 and call for elections on a subsequent date. A report has been forwarded on behalf of the respondents that the Co-operative 2/4

Officer/Election Officer had conducted the election in accordance with the schedule and had elected 10 Directors, whose terms were from 01.02.2019 to 30.06.2021.

3.Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition and the same stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
