ORDER

The prayer sought for herein is to direct the 2nd respondent to register the FIR on the complaint of the petitioner dated 07.12.2020 in CSR No.126 of 2020.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has lodged a complaint to the 2nd respondent dated 07.12.2020. Thereafter, C.S.R.No.126 of 2020 was assigned. The petitioner is not aware about the stage of the enquiry. Hence the petitioner had filed this Criminal Original Petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint of the petitioner, C.S.R.No.126 of 2020 was assigned. He further submitted that, the petitioner as well as the counter complainant were called for enquiry finding that the issue involved is Civil in nature. The respondents have closed the complaint.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, the closure report has not been served to the petitioner.

5. In view of the same, the respondent Police is directed to serve a copy of the closure report to the petitioner and thereafter, it is open to the petitioner to agitate the same in the manner known to law.

6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is .disposed of.
